EXTREMELY knowledgeable company management! I have struggled with all different kinds of pest problems, from beetles to centipedes. The unnamed other company that my property management team used to "get rid of" the problem completely failed. I do not think they ever once actually sprayed or changed my bug traps. But Nathan from Total Extermination gives a completely different experience! Total Extermination doesn't have a crew of inexperienced techs completing jobs. Every member of their staff that I've come into contact with, including Nathan, the business owner, is a wealth of knowledge and has great customer service. They have a large territory in the St. Louis area and in Illinois - I would most definitely recommend them for all of your pest/wildlife control needs!
